Expert De-Winterization & Setup A service representative will contact you to confirm pricing and scheduling immediately after your request is received.

  • De-winterize pool equipment and lines.
  • Install ladders and railings (drop-in steps excluded).
  • Add 1 Opening Kit (additional chemicals available).
  • General Cleanup of service-related components.
  • Remove and Fold your pool cover.
  • Drain Water from the cover.
  • Test Equipment for leaks (water must be above skimmer).

Customer Responsibilities & Terms

To ensure a seamless opening, we ask our customers to handle the following:

  • Water Prep: Provide a garden hose to fill the pool and remove debris from the cover before arrival.

  • Access: Ensure backyard and equipment sheds are unlocked and accessible.

  • Safety: Please remain out of the backyard while technicians are performing the service.

  • Post-Opening: Customers are responsible for drop-in step installation and bringing a water sample to our store for balancing.

Note: Removal of heavy debris, cover cleaning, and vacuuming are not included in the standard opening. Multiple trips or clarifying treatments may be required and are billed separately by the hour.
