At Custom LeisureScapes, we are committed to providing the highest quality pool and spa products backed by over 40 years of industry expertise. To maintain our “Elite” service standards and competitive pricing, the following policies apply to all online and in-store purchases.
1. 14-Day Return & Exchange Window
Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all transactions.
2. Restocking Fees
To cover the costs of shipping, handling, and specialized storage, the following restocking fees apply:
Standard Stock Items: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
Special Order Items: Any item specifically ordered for a customer that is not part of our regular stocked inventory is subject to a 35% restocking fee.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and warranty reasons, the following items are Final Sale:
Pool & Spa Chemicals: Once they leave our facility, chemicals cannot be returned to ensure the integrity of the product for the next user.
Electrical Components: Any motorized or electronic parts (pumps, salt cells, circuit boards, heaters) that have been opened or installed.
Custom Orders: Any custom-sized safety covers or liners.
Clearance/Floor Model Items: All “Parking Lot Sale” or “Floor Model” inventory is sold As-Is and is Final Sale.
4. Manufacturer Warranties
If a product is defective, the manufacturer’s warranty takes precedence.
Custom LeisureScapes will assist in the warranty process, but labor costs for diagnostic or replacement services are not included unless specified in a separate service contract.
5. How to Initiate a Return
